The rooftop pool offers stunning mountain views, while the beach bars/restaurants are just across the road. Staff go the extra mile, serving free snacks with drinks at good prices. The breakfast includes delicious cakes and fresh fruit, with a choice of rooms featuring balconies. There's a small, secure car park, and the location allows easy access to Cinque Terre and other nearby towns.

The staff were very hospitable and once they realised we were English, they all did their best to communicate with us in our language. The food was good quality and the choice available was excellent. The hotel layout was fabulous with the fourth floor being a roof terrace with a pool and sun lounges. The view from the front was the beach and sea and from the back were breath taking mountains. There was a lift available which came in handy after long days out on bicycles that were available for hire from the hotel reception. The chambermaid service was also brilliant, with our room being serviced every day before 1pm.
It would have been a nice option to have a bath in the bathroom. The air conditioning only worked in our bedroom for one day out of seven which was a little uncomfortable considering the weather was in the high 20s/early 30s every day. It also would have been good if the hotel had some extra tourist information in the bedrooms and room service would have been an added bonus.

Loved the hotel's recently renovated 3-star superior charm, the friendly staff, and the amazing terrace with a jacuzzi and stunning coastal views. Cons: Couldn't find a single flaw in this perfect little gem. So disappointed.

This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the beautiful beach, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with the added bonus of a small balcony to enjoy the sea and mountain views. The breakfast is delicious, with a nice selection of food and pleasant music to start your day.
All aspects of our stay were more than satisfactory.

Customer oriented service offered. We got extra support by the one of their staff which we cannot forget for our entire life. Hotel is few steps away from busy beach where you can relax yourself by hanging around. I recommend reservation for beach house/parasol in advance for these are private beach only. Served good dinner & breakfast with affordable price. Room is small, but can enjoy ocean view from balcony.
It's not really bad thing, but note that parking is actually road side where very limited traffic exists. FYI - There is bar/disco near by which opens in the weekend. No crazy things/sounds you could see/hear, so basically it's OK.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was super friendly and attentive. The hotel was sparkling clean, with modern and well-maintained facilities. Additionally, the location was perfect - just a few steps away from the beach and close to many restaurants and bars in the area. The parking was convenient and easily accessible. In the mornings, the breakfast was plentiful and delicious. I was extremely satisfied with my experience.
Can't think of anything. Everything was great during my stay here!

Very close to the sea, good room and bath, view from the rooms (partial sea/mountains), balcony. Hotel is good to explore summer seaside night life (several clubs nearby)
No restourants/shops close to the hotel (we had to go to Pietrasanta town by car in the evening), high prices to rent chairs on the beach

We stayed at Savoy for a week during our road trip and it was perfect! The room was spotless and had incredible views of the beach and mountains. The air conditioning worked great and the staff were friendly. We loved exploring the surrounding villages like Pietrasanta and Forte dei Marmi. The rooftop terrace and pool were fantastic, with stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options. The hotel also provided bikes for easy transportation along the nearby cycle lane. Highly recommend this hotel!

We booked half board so we wouldn't have to worry about finding a restaurant near the hotel every night. That was a good idea, there aren't many options for restaurants near the hotel. The dinner was good - 2 courses plus a salad and dessert, but it was too late! 8:00pm is very late to have dinner with a 16 month old. But the wait staff were very friendly. The roof deck had a very nice view and the roof pool was fun for our 16 month old, but not spectacular.
The room was tiny. The location was far from shopping and food - you need a car to visit this hotel! The staff were cold and rather unfriendly (with the exception of the wait staff in the restaurant). Dinner is late - 8:00 pm. The hotel is surrounded by private beaches that cost 20-25 Euro/day (the free beach is a 15 minute walk). A very average hotel in a very average part of Italy. The beaches were nice but the water was very dirty. I would not recommend this area for a beach holiday. The whole trip we talked about going somewhere else next year - not a good sign!

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was great, close to the beach and easy to access other areas. The breakfast was fantastic with a good variety of options. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the rooftop pool was a nice touch. it was a pleasant and enjoyable stay.
The parking was a bit tight, and it was difficult to find a suitable spot. The rooms could have benefited from a coffee maker or a kettle.
